Wyre Forest Deaf Children's Society is an affiliated member of the National Deaf Children's Society.

Wyre Forest Deaf Children's Society is a small society set up to promote deaf awareness and to assist local hearing impaired children and their families.

This is achieved by raising funds to assist in the purchase of expensive modern equipment, which is essential in helping children to compete in a hearing world.

Wyre Forest Deaf Children's Society has been running for approximately 24 years.
50 people attended the first meeting and from this initial start it was realised that there was a need for parents to talk, exchange ideas, be supportive, just listen, give advice or give a shoulder to cry on.
